Last Monday, Jastien and Angelica presented to the class about the good and bad of Islam as a religion. It was a very informative presentation which allow me to have a better understanding about Islam. Thank You! Each of us have our own freedom to choose the religion that we want to follow. I believe that no matter what religion we are in, all of us are praying to one god using various different ways according to our religion. However, the teaching that we received from the religion are not one hundred percent correct thus we have to decide which of them that we have to follow and not to follow. I do not mean to discriminate any religion. I do not know why, but I have heard some people who belong to a religion would discriminate other religions to get others to join their religion. I feel that this is an unnecessary action because this will cause many unnecessary misunderstandings and fights. Since we want to be respected by others thus we have to respect others too. Only in this way then we can receive equal treatment among one another, regardless of who we are and what we are.
